Warranty and Returns

1. Return of products due to withdrawal

As a Member of the Website you have the right to return the ordered product in accordance with Law 2251/1994 ap. 3e par. 1 in each purchase you made within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

The products to be returned must have not been used and must be in their original packaging and in excellent condition. Any use of the delivered products other than the one necessary for their inspection during delivery, cancels your right to return.

In case of change of opinion the return shipping costs are borne by the customer and not the company. Costs are calculated based on the area as the shipment was made as well as the volume / weight of the products.

Hellas-tech.gr certifies that according to the guarantee the products work perfectly and according to the specifications of the manufacturers or their assemblers. The guarantee is valid from the date stated on the legal proof of purchase or in the special place on the guarantee form.

1.1 Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

unused, in their original packaging - box and cellophane - and in excellent condition
with all tags up
in exactly the same condition in which they were received, intact, sealed and without any damage

1.2 Non-refundable products:

1.3 Seasonal Products
Seasonal products, such as Christmas items, carnival items, packaging items, gift bags and any other product included in the seasonal items can not be returned. In case of change of seasonal product, the refund is not valid and can only be exchanged with similar seasonal products within the period.

Note: Christmas products can be changed or returned until December 15 as it is a seasonal item.

 

2. Return of defective products
According to law L.2251 / 1994 no. 3e par. 1, if the return is made within 14 calendar days from the delivery and the product is defective, the shipping costs are borne by our company. Otherwise, after an inspection, it is found that it does not have an operational problem, then the costs are borne by the customer. After this period, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The products to be returned must have not been used, must be in their original packaging and in excellent resale condition. Any use of the delivered products other than the one necessary for their inspection during delivery, cancels your right to return.

Products can not be returned without their original packaging or with damaged packaging, used, used or damaged and we can claim compensation even for unused products if they are returned worn out, incomplete or damaged.

2.1 Return Cost & Refund
For defective or products that differ from those you ordered, the return will be free of charge and we will refund the original shipping costs (if they were charged and if your request is confirmed).

In all other cases, you will receive the value of the items you returned, but not the shipping costs.

Refunds are made by our company within 7-15 days from the return of the product to our facilities.

Any refund is made exclusively on the means by which the customer initially paid for the product (payment by card: return to card, payment by bank: return to your bank account, payment through a partner platform: refund through it).

During periods of high traffic and especially when the return concerns a deposit in a bank account, there may be further delays. Any money transfer costs (bank reservations, etc.) are borne by the buyer.

 

3. Product warranty

Also, some products available through the Company can only be supported by their manufacturer. In this case, the product will be sold with the manufacturer's warranty. For this reason, please contact the manufacturer or local distributor first for product-related issues.

The Company does not provide any guarantee for the quality, nor for the suitability of the products sold for any specific purpose, nor does it guarantee the safety and protection of the users of these products and does not bear any responsibility for defective products and / or untrue information concerning in the goods of its suppliers and are contained in its Website.

The time of completion of the repair of the products is decided exclusively by Hellas-Tech.gr and usually takes 5-25 working days. The repair or replacement of the product is the absolute choice of Hellas-Tech.gr.

This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the appliance and the buyer's fault (eg CDs, batteries, power supplies, cases, water or other liquid, appliance shocks or falls, connecting cables, antennas, etc.). Problems with your computer operating system are not covered by this warranty. Hellas-Tech.gr does not support or guarantee any products in which illegal copies of software have been installed or used.

We recommend that you check, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects, e.g. broken goods, wrong item, defective parts and let us know immediately.

 

Products will not be accepted in the following cases:
When the damage results from an accident, poor wiring, fall, exposure to extreme levels of temperature, humidity, vibration or liquid spillage.
When the product is subjected to physical or electrical stress beyond the manufacturer's specifications.

3.3 Free shipping
Free shipping ceases to apply when the customer has completed an amount below the amount provided.
